Xarb H Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It contains Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide which work by relaxing and widening the narrowed blood vessels, improving blood flow and removing extra water/fluid and certain electrolyte overload from the body. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, taste change, upset stomach, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, and decreased blood pressure.
