Wokadine 10% Ointment is used to treat and prevent common skin infections in minor burns, cuts, lacerations (deep cuts in the skin), and abrasions (where the first layer of skin is scraped off). It contains povidone-iodine, which works by inhibiting the growth of infection-causing microorganisms. Common side effects may include redness or inflammation, peeling, dryness, or irritation at the application site. It is for external use only.
