It contains Olmesartan and Chlorthalidone, which relaxes blood vessels and allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Also, it removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Thus, it lowers fluid overload and blood pressure and improves blood flow. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as headaches, nausea, dizziness, and cold extremes. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
