It contains Olmesartan and Amlodipine, which relaxes blood vessels and allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. This reduces the heart's workload. Thus, it helps to lower high blood pressure, reducing heart attack or stroke chances. In some cases, you may experience headaches, drowsiness, ankle swelling, nausea, dizziness, and low blood pressure. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
