Telpres 20 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults and to reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke in adults. It contains Telmisartan, which widens and relaxes blood vessels. Thus, lowers high blood pressure. In some cases, you may experience side effects such as diarrhoea, sinus infection, back pain, or low blood pressure. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
