Telista CH 40/6.5 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone, which relaxes and widens the blood vessels. Also, it prevents the absorption of excess salt in the body, preventing fluid retention. Thus, it lowers blood pressure and prevents the risk of any future stroke, heart attack, and oedema (fluid retention). In some cases, you may experience dizziness, feeling tired, skin ulcers, diarrhoea, nausea diarrhoea, back pain, and cold/flu symptoms. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
