Tamdura Capsule is used in treating the enlarged prostate gland. It helps in getting relief from symptoms such as difficulty passing urine and frequent urination. It contains Tamsulosin and Dutasteride, which relaxes the muscles of the prostate gland and makes it easier to pass urine. It relieves the symptoms of urinary incontinence and minimizes the need for prostate surgery and the risk of acute urinary retention. It may cause common side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, sexual problems (decreased sex drive or libido), runny/stuffy nose, reduced amount of semen/sperm), testicle pain/swelling, increased breast size, or breast tenderness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
