Rockbon Tablet is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who cannot get sufficient calcium from their diets. It effectively treats various conditions caused by low calcium levels in the body, such as osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), osteomalacia/rickets (weak bones), hypoparathyroidism (low levels of parathyroid hormone), and latent tetany (a muscle disease with low blood calcium levels). It contains Elemental Calcium and Calcitriol (vitamin D3), which provides essential nutrients to maintain bone formation. It raises Vitamin D levels and thereby increases calcium levels in the blood. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as constipation, stomach upset, or gas. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
