Rocaltrol Capsule is used to treat low blood calcium levels. It contains Calcitriol, which raises Vitamin D levels and thereby increases calcium levels in the blood. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, mood changes, weakness, tiredness, and headache. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
