Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet is used to treat acidity, heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, gas, and stomach upset. It contains Activated dimethicone, Aluminium magnesium silicate, Dried aluminium hydroxide, and Magnesium hydroxide. Dried aluminium hydroxide, aluminium magnesium silicate and magnesium hydroxide work by neutralising excess stomach acid. Activated dimethicone decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping).
