Reclide-XR 60 Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone cannot control blood sugar levels. It contains Gliclazide, which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas. It stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas and decreases blood sugar levels.
