R-Cin 450 Capsule is used in combination with other medicines to treat tuberculosis (TB). It contains Rifampicin, which inhibits the growth of bacteria. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache, weakness, muscle pain, heartburn, diarrhea, gas, and numbness or tingling sensation. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
