Panlipase UC Tablet is used for the treatment of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (pancreatin enzyme deficiency) due to cystic fibrosis (an inherited disorder that damages the lungs and digestive system), chronic pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), or other conditions. It contains Pancreatin, which helps in the digestion of food. It mixes thoroughly with the food and aids in digestion as it passes through the gut. In some cases, it may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, mild stomach pain, diarrhoea, and mild skin rash. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
