Pankreoflat Tablet is used to treat indigestion and bloating due to pancreas problems. It is prescribed for people whose bodies do not make enough of their own enzymes to digest their food. It contains Pancreatin and Dimethicone, which helps in the digestion of food, breaks down food and convert it into energy. Also, it facilitates the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. It may cause side effects such as nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, and bloating. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
