Orofer XT Drops is used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) due to iron deficiency and chronic kidney disease. It works by enhancing the absorption of iron and replenishing iron stores. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea or dark-coloured stool.
