Olmetime 40 Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, it is used to reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke and kidney problems. It contains Olmesartan, which relaxes blood vessels and allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. It may cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, stomach ache, gastroenteritis, and upper respiratory infections. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
