It works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and making it easier for the heart to pump blood to all body parts. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as cough, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, and weakness. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
