Nefrozon Tablet is used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (diabetic kidney disease). It contains Taurine and Acetylcysteine, which can reduce further tissue damage in the kidneys and reduce blood glucose levels. These effects help to control disease progression in diabetic kidney disease. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and rash. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
