Nazomac-AF Nasal Spray 12 ml is used to treat allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. It contains Fluticasone and Azelastine, which work by acting inside the nasal lining cells and stopping the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions, thereby relieving sneezing, runny or blocked nose, and sinus discomfort. Also, it blocks histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Some people may experience side effects such as headaches, taste changes or nose bleeds. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
