Menoctyl Tablet is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal conditions characterised by motility problems, painful bowel spasms and distension (swelling and bloating in the belly area). It contains Otilonium bromide that works by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the intestine.
