Mefkind-Spas Tablet is used to treat abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea (period pain), and colicky pain. It contains Dicyclomine and Mefenamic acid which relieve contractions associated with the smooth muscles of the abdomen and reduce mild to moderate pain and inflammation. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dry mouth, and weakness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
