Lupride Injection is used to treat prostate cancer in men, breast cancer and endometriosis in women and precocious puberty (early puberty) in children. It contains Leuprolide which works by inhibiting the synthesis of testosterone in men and oestrogen in women. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, upset stomach and injection site pain. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
