Lorsaid P Tablet is used to reduce pain and inflammation. It contains Lornoxicam and Paracetamol, which help relieve pain from conditions like headache, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and painful menses (periods). It works by inhibiting chemical messengers like prostaglandins (responsible for producing pain and inflammation). It may cause side effects such as nausea, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhoea, and stomach pain. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
