Lecope Syrup is used to treat various kinds of allergies in children. It contains levocetirizine, a non-drowsy antihistamine. Levocetirizine blocks the effects of a chemical messenger known as histamine, which is naturally involved in allergic reactions. Sometimes, Lecope Syrup may cause side effects such as vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, weakness or itching.
