I-UP Drops is used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) that occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food, or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy). It contains Ferrous ascorbate and Folic acid, which works by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body.
