Iprasure LS Pulmules 2.5 ml is used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), like shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). It contains Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide, which works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows us to breathe easily. Some people may experience headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, pain, cough with mucus, sneezing, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, nervousness, tiredness, irregular heartbeats and vomiting. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
