Hytrin-1 Tablet is primarily used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and lower any future risk of heart attack and stroke. It is also used to treat mild prostate gland enlargement in men (known as Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) and heart failure. It contains Terazosin, which relaxes the blood vessels, reduces the heart's workload, and makes the heart more efficient in pumping blood throughout the body. Thus, it helps lower high blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attack or stroke.
