Hemfer Injection 5 ml is used to treat iron deficiency and anaemia (deficiency of iron and haemoglobin). It contains 'Iron,' an essential body mineral required by the red blood cells to carry oxygen to other body cells and tissues. By combining with a protein in the blood called haemoglobin, iron helps carry adequate oxygen to various body parts. Common side effects of Hemfer Injection 5 ml are muscle cramps, nausea, vomiting, taste changes, diarrhoea, constipation, headache, cough, back pain, flu symptoms, joint pain, and dizziness.
