Hansepran 50 Capsule is used to treat leprosy (infectious disease-causing skin lesions and nerve damage). It contains Clofazimine, which works by inhibiting the growth of disease-causing organisms (Mycobacterium leprae) in the body. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as stomach and epigastric pain, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting.
