Graniforce Syrup is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy or radiation therapy in children. It contains Granisetron, which works by blocking a natural substance (serotonin) in the body that causes nausea and vomiting. This medicine may sometimes cause side effects such as diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, weakness, headache, fever, dizziness, and drowsiness. Inform your doctor if your child is allergic to Graniforce Syrup. Also, let your doctor know your child's complete medication history and medical history before taking Graniforce Syrup. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
