Gelusil MPS Chewable Tablet is used to treat hyperacidity with peptic ulcer, gastritis, dyspepsia, peptic esophagitis, hiatus hernia, and flatulence (gas). It contains Activated Dimethicone, Magnesium Hydroxide, Dried Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate. These medications combine to neutralise stomach acid and suppress pepsin, a proteolytic enzyme. Thus, they relieve symptoms of hyperacidity and other associated conditions.
