Elocon Lotion 5 ml is used to reduce inflammation (swelling), itchiness and redness caused by certain skin problems called dermatitis or psoriasis. It contains Mometasone, which works by acting inside skin cells and inhibiting the release of certain inflammatory substances in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Some people may experience side effects such as inflamed hair follicles, acne, thinning of the skin, itching, stinging, tingling or burning sensation. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
