Dynaglipt-M Forte Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It works by decreasing liver glucose production, lowering intestinal glucose uptake and increasing insulin levels in the body. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, and stomach ache. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
