Donep 5 Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of dementia in people with mild and moderately severe Alzheimer's disease. It contains Donepezil, which works by increasing the levels of acetylcholine in the brain involved in memory function. In some cases, it may cause side effects like diarrhoea, nausea, headache, muscle cramps and tiredness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
