Dipgenta Plus Cream is used to treat bacterial skin infections. It contains Clobetasol and Neomycin, which stops the growth of bacteria and blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Some may experience side effects like burning, irritation, itching, redness, and thinning of skin at the application site. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
