Dapaone-SM 1000 Tablet is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat Type II Diabetes adjunct to diet and exercise. It contains Dapagliflozin (which removes excess sugar from the body via urine), Sitagliptin (which works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high) and Metformin (which works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines).
