Chekfall Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains Minoxidil, which dilates (widens) the blood vessels to promote blood flow, thus reducing high blood pressure. It may cause common side effects such as dizziness, breast pain/tenderness, increased heartbeat, fluid retention (oedema), nausea, and vomiting. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions
