Bilanta M Tablet is used to treat symptoms of allergic conditions like sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. It works by blocking the action of chemicals that cause inflammation, increased mucus and allergic reactions. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, diarrhoea, dizziness, and weakness. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
