Betatrop Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains Atenolol and Nifedipine, which works by reducing the heart rate and makes the heart pump blood efficiently throughout the body. Also, it relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure. This reduces the risk stroke, heart attack, other heart problems, or kidney problems in the future. It may cause side effects such as blurred vision, sweating, tiredness, dehydration, constipation, dizziness, headache, nausea, cold hands or feet, and muscle cramps. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
