Asthakind Tablet is a combination medicine which belongs to the class of expectorants. It is used in the treatment of wet/productive cough associated with bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), bronchitis, and emphysema. This medicine works by increasing the volume of fluid in the airways, reducing the stickiness of mucus, and removing it from the airways. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, sweating, muscle cramps, dizziness, and headache.
